Borussia Dortmund schemer Mario Goetze is a summer target for Manchester City and Arsenal, according to German sports magazine Kicker.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has had another impressive season that has seen Dortmund reach the semi-finals of the Champions League after claiming the Bundesliga title last season.
