Poulsen names Taifa Stars squad




Tanzania national team head coach Kim Poulsen has named his 22-men squad that will face the Harambee Stars next week.
The friendly match between Kilimanjaro Stars and Harambee Stars will be played at the CCM Kirumba Stadium in Mwanza region.
And the Squad will also take part in this year's CECAFA Senior Tusker Challenge which will be held in Uganda at the end of this month.
“These are the players that will be on camp soon for the friendly match and the Cecafa tournament.” Kim Poulsen Told SuperSport.com.
“I have decided to mix-up the team, together with some youngsters with the likes of Christopher Edward (Simba). Its because they have to learn from the others and gain more experience with National team football,” He added.
Squad:
Goalkeepers: Juma Kaseja (Simba), Deogratius Munishi (Azam).
Defenders: Aggrey Morrice (Azam), Erasto Nyoni (Azam), Shomari Kapombe (Simba), Kelvin Yondani (Yanga), Issa Rashid (Mtibwa), Nassoro Masoud (Simba) and Amir Maftah (Simba).
Midfielders: Amri Kiemba (Simba), Abubakar Salum 'Sureboy' (Azam), Mwinyi Kazimoto (Simba), Ramadhan Singano (Simba), Mrisho Ngassa (Simba), Simon Msuva (Yanga), Athuman Iddi 'Chuji' (Yanga), Shaaban Nditi (Mtibwa) and Frank Domayo (Yanga).
Forwards: John Bocco (Azam), Thomas Ulimwengu (TP Mazembe, Congo), Mbwana Samatta (TP Mazembe, Congo), and Christopher Edward (Simba).
